Tuesday mornings from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM.
Dance exercise for older adults set to international rythms, including cha cha, mambo, merengue, cumbia, belly dancing, hava nagila and more.
Zumba Gold is not as intense as other Zumba sessions, but is still a good workout and includes stretching and balance elements. Led by a certified instructor.
Wednesday and Friday mornings from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. Gentle Fitness is a group exercise following an award winning fitness DVD by Catherine Joppa. Seated and standing exercises.
Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM.
This program is designed to help people become or stay fit, strong, and healthy. Developed at the Friedman School of Nutrition and Science and Policy at Tufts University.
Led by a Certified Instructor. Cost is $20 for a twelve-week session. Next session is March 19 through June 20, 2019.
Anyone is welcome to use the Center’s Wii console and giant flat screen TV for Wii bowling, golf, boxing, and tennis. The Wii fitness program is also available. Please contact the ADRC to schedule a time to use the equipment.
