Anyone over the age of 18 living in the State of Wisconsin should have a Health Care Power of Attorney and a Financial Power of Attorney in the event of a catastrophic illness. Join us on the third Tuesday at 2:30 PM for a presentation on the different types of Advance Directives and why they are needed to avoid guardianship.
January 15, February 19, March 19, April 16, May 21, July 16, August 20, September 17, and December 17.
Both workshops are held at the ADRC of Oneida County. Registration is encouraged but not required.
